Strive Promotes Caroline Letner to Executive Director

The Strive Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Caroline Letner is our new Executive Director as of March 1, 2023. Caroline has served as the Interim Executive Director since September 1, 2022. During a transitional time, Caroline stepped in with organizational and leadership skills to lead a team eager to continue the mission of Strive.

Kevin Morgan, Founder and Board member, said, “Caroline has done a great job as Interim Executive Director over the past six months. She has the requisite leadership skills to effectively grow Strive. We couldn’t be more pleased to remove the Interim tag.”

Caroline attended Franklin & Marshall College where she was a four year varsity soccer player for the Diplomats and double-majored in Psychology and Philosophy. Following graduation, she moved to Wilmington, Delaware through Teach For America where she received her Masters in Arts of Teaching and worked as a 3rd grade teacher at Kuumba Academy. Caroline joined Strive in 2019 as Marketing Manager, where she was quickly noticed for her dedication and enthusiasm. She was promoted to Director of Marketing and Delaware Programming shortly thereafter and has since been integral to Strive’s success.

In the first six months of her time as Interim Executive Director she managed the Strive team with integrity and energy, swiftly creating effective management and communication strategies that improved collaboration among the Strive team. Tom Arenberg Board Chair, added “We are looking forward to working with Caroline as we continue to execute our strategic plan.”

As Executive Director, Caroline is committed to continuing Strive’s mission by fostering an inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and innovation within the organization.
