Strive is a curriculum designed to help students develop the skills they need to succeed. The Strive Five newly enhanced curriculum was to created to focus on five essential practices: harness your power, pave your way, plan, persevere, pivot, build partnership, and play every day. The Strive Five was developed using research from CASEL, The Character Lab, and other core SEL leaders. Experts in the field of sports nutrition Shira Evans and sports psychology Dr. Julie Amato were also consulted to strengthen Strive’s Strive Five curriculum.
