Strive is a non-profit organization dedicated to character-driven leadership development. Strive offers a research-based, customizable curriculum that begins with self-knowledge, moves into culture creation, and ultimately instills the habit of rigorous leadership practice in its program participants. We partner with young people and adults across the United States — in schools, community organizations, and athletic departments — to develop character-driven leadership skills and build unique, and intentionally positive culture.

The Program Facilitator plays an integral role in furthering the growth of Strive through developing new and supporting existing client relationships. Their key responsibility is to design, execute and manage an outreach strategic plan and key implementations. Embracing and demonstrating the organization’s Core Values is key to our work culture.
Program Design & Curriculum Development
Strive is currently operating utilizing a hybrid model, partially in office (Wilmington, DE) and partially work-from-home. This individual will be expected to spend time in the office during the first half of the internship. This internship will begin in June and conclude the second week of August for a total of 9 weeks. It will be based on a 10-hour a week schedule. The potential programming will be in the mornings from July-August in Dover, DE.
